1. Ownership of Content

All artworks, images, designs, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Tetiana Koldunenko and are protected by copyright law. No images or text may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

2. Purchasing

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Payment can be made securely through the online shop or by direct bank transfer or PayPal for private sales.
• Once payment is received, you will receive confirmation and shipping details.

3. Shipping

• Artworks are dispatched within 5–10 business days after full payment (unless otherwise specified).
• Shipping is available within Australia and internationally.
• Each artwork is carefully packaged for safe transport. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

4. Refunds & Returns

Because each piece is an original artwork, all sales are final. Refunds or returns are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged.

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs so I can assist with an insurance claim or replacement solution.

5. Commissions

Commissioned artworks are custom creations and are non-refundable once work has begun. I will keep you updated throughout the process and provide approval images before completion.

6. Framing & Care

Some artworks are sold framed, while others are on thick canvas or cradled wooden panels ready to hang. Framing can be arranged upon request. Each artwork is finished with a protective varnish; it may be gently cleaned with a soft damp sponge if necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure accurate information, I cannot be held responsible for any errors on this website or delays caused by third-party services such as couriers.

8. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
